1. All participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated by Tri-ValleyBroadcasting.

2. No purchase is necessary to win with 1049 NASH ICON.

3. Substitution of prizes is up to the discretion of the management of 1049 NASH ICON, based on prize availability and contestant eligibility. Prizes are non- transferable and have no cash value.

4. Winners will provide 1049 NASH ICON with positive identification upon request when claiming prizes. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days.

5. Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, and related expenses associated with the awarded prizes.

6. Employees of Tri-Valley Broadcasting, employees of any other electronic media outlet or print media outlet and/or their immediate families are NOT eligible to win prizes on 1049 NASH ICON.

7. Employees and relatives of employees and/or proprietors of sponsors are NOT eligible to win prizes on 1049 NASH ICON.

8. Participation in any contest (on-air and off) constitutes permission to use the name and likeness of any prize recipient for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation or further notice.

9. Participation in any promotion implies acceptance of all official contest rules and 1049 NASH ICON will not be responsible for any person who does not follow set rules.
